Lotan has a 200mj but it is 4.5mill vs 600k to a split and the Otas at 1.5million.Īs for big gun ship it's should have auto jumped before that. Though i loose 1 or 2 here or there but not often vs split x2 25mj or x3 25mj. The OTAS Supers reaches 25 waaaaaay faster and the levels are based on profit.
The Paranid Snotra or the Split Drake would be a better fit though, they have similar characteristics in terms of cargo and shilds, but they are quite a bit faster 83 and 93 respectively. The Lotan is one of a few heavy armed TS introduced in AP (3.0 iirc).
The UTs wont be making much profit with large hauls, instead their main gains will be trading high value wares, which will hardly ever fill a Superfreighter hold and the slow speed means that slow ships with big guns can catch up to it, making it survivability rather low.įor ST in safe systems, it may be feasible, but UTs wont survive long in slow ships.
